Prescriptions are immediately called into the pharmacy of your choice after your appointment ends. Processing time at your pharmacy varies. If the pharmacy has not received an order within 30 mins of your appointment ending time, please contact us.
Labs can be obtained in your home by a kit being shipped to you and will be collected by yourself and come with instructions on how to do so if the labs are indicated to be ordered. You will be responsible for costs and submitting the lab bill to your insurance or paying out of pocket if is not covered by your insurance.
Generally, we do not provide referrals for urgent care clients but do encourage them to follow up with their own primary care provider if they are not improving or have had a change or worsening symptoms. Calling 911 or going to the nearest emergency room is a common referral made for urgent care services. If you are a member of our monthly primary care service, you may request a specialist, however what we treat can often be managed without a specialist’s involvement. We can try to obtain a low-cost/flat rate provider near you, since our monthly flat fee primary care members are typically uninsured.
